I thought I would post some of my recipes that I have been creating at home. Penny and Alison I would like to try some of your favorite as well.
Hamburger Casserole
1 lbs hamburger
2 cans creamy soup
1 clove garlic
1 onion
egg noodles or rice
shredded cheese
to make:
brown hamburger with garlic and onion
boil noodles as directed on package
~when done
combine ingredients in cassarole dish mixing well
add cheese to top
put in oven at 400 for 20-25 minutes
I tried it today and it was great!

I wish I could make polish sausage and sour kraut (?)
but Dyrs hates the smell and won't come in the house if i make it :) (The weird little things you find out after your married)
"Sauerkraut," to the best of my knowledge. And when Penelope married me she found out that I too hate the smell of that stuff, but eventually she won me over. Now we have it fairly regularly.
I HATE Sauerkraut!!! Trend?
