Nothing New

Yesterday I took a day off from job shopping. It was really nice not to stress for a day. So what did I do? I bought an outfit for an interview. I figured if I look the part, I might get the part... and now I have an interview at Spartech plastics for a customer service position. Not the dream job I had hoped for, but I bet my vocabulary will change, as of right now, I don't know ANYTHING about plastic. Oh well, jump in with both feet right? Maybe there is a book on plastic... thats sounds hellishly boring.

But I do have somethings accomplished.
  • ALL MY CHRISTMAS CREATIVITY IS DONE
  • THE HOUSE IS CLEAN
  • THE TREE IS UP (although itty-bitty and scott decorated it and its has big holes of no decoration)
  • I HAVE A JOB INTERVIEW
  • I HAVE STARTED KICKBOXING AND TI-KWAN-DO (I am sore this morining)
  • DAILY CONVERSATIONS AND DEVOTIONS WITH GOD
and thats about it, but I feel good about it!!!!!

AND I HAVE A NEW RECIPE

1lb hamburger
2 cloves garlic (or two tbs)
2 onions
2 cups rice
canned diced tomatoes (drained)
green peppers
cheese

to make:
brown hamburger, garlic and onion
meanwhile - cook rice as directed

in an baking dish put hamburger down first then top with tomatoes and green peppers
then cover with rice the shred some cheese on top, but in oven for 10-20 minutes until cheese is melted and tomatoes are hot.

eat with chips or a fork

we made this on Sunday night when Dad called (it was very good and the left overs are even better)
