Happy Birthday Dyrs!
I've now celebrated 5 birthdays with you. This birthday was the best for me, anyway. I really tried hard to think about what you would like. So Gianna and I got you a card that was glued together to tease you. We bought you new jeans and two new ls t-shirts in red and blue, your favorite colors. I made you German chocolate cake with coconut frosting, well tried anyway... the German cake mix exploded all over the kitchen and myself and the dog, but then I ran out and got chocolate cake because apparently Mentonian stores do not have German chocolate cake. But it turned out alright in the end. Then I sang Happy Birthday to you and you didn't complain about my voice (thank you). Then your fabulous mother-in-law bought you a gift certificate to your favorite restaurant, Mad Anthony's, which we are leaving for now.
So Happy Birthday Baby, a day filled of your favorite things, and your favorite people. Gianna & Me. Just the way you like it.

Happy Birthday Dyrs.
Sorry I missed it. Lauren did it right!
It's funny, I passed up a little book this morning that you write in the birthdays of family etc. but it had names that made me think they passed away. (It was an old book and old timey names.)
We used to write birthdays on the calender, maybe we still do. :)
Happy Birthday again!
Jack
