Ok, so as you may know, I am in the thick of job searching. I have sent out countless resumes and have been on two interviews. Yes, I've only been searching for two weeks, but I would like some feedback so I can improve my tactics, options, and resume. So I came across this article that suggested that you poll those people who know you best, co-workers, friends, and family and get their honest and anonymous advice.
I signed up for a survey http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=rhZ9Qzp_2fA_2b0FYa_2bE9EQzBw_3d_3d

It just asks some basic questions and won't take long, but I think the results might be completely helpful for me.
So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take the time and fill out the survey. It will mean the world to me, and hopefully help me adjust and get a great job so we can get out of this financial slump.
Thanks to all!
p.s.
it is completely anonymous, i won't know who replied and who hasn't, or what has been said or not. i am taking this very seriously, can't wait to get the feedback.

What would be a blog post without some adorable pictures of Gianna? Penny took these on Halloween. She is 5 months.
